Housing finance approvals for construction and purchase of owner occupied dwellings in NSW fell a further 5.2% in February 2010 highlighting the damage Labor’s policies have done by creating the housing affordability crisis faced by families in NSW, Shadow Minister for Housing Strategy, Greg Pearce said today.
